- Find your local affiliate council
Your application is processed by the regional affiliate assigned by your company headquarters address.
- Submit the prequalification form
Start with NMSDC's prequalification form to confirm the basics before the full application.
- Complete the full application
Complete the online application, signed by the primary owner, with documentation verifying ownership, control, and day-to-day operational authority.
- Specialist review
A certification specialist reviews the application, contacts references, and researches the business.
- Site visit or interview
The process includes a site visit or virtual interview before results are communicated.
What to expect
“It is our goal to complete certification reviews within 45 business days of the application being submitted.”
Fee: Tiered by revenue and set by your regional affiliate, from as low as $270 (revenue under $1 million) to as high as $1,700 (revenue exceeding $50 million).
